Andrew Minton – Managing Director

Andrew started his career in the recruitment industry in 1987 and since then has provided recruitment services to a wide variety of high profile blue chip organisations throughout South Wales and the UK. His service delivery experience encompasses all disciplines of Office Support and Industrial placements as well as the implementation, development and delivery of high volume and client bespoke recruitment initiatives. Playing an integral part of Absolute, Andrew takes ownership of the permanent division of the business, and ensures that his team has a primary objective of providing an honest and reliable recruitment service at the highest level to every customer and every candidate.

Heidi Thomas - Director

As joint Director of Absolute, Heidi also brings 20 years experience from within in the recruitment industry. The skills and knowledge that she has gained over this period of time play a fundamental role in ensuring that the company offers customers the most appropriate and beneficial solution to fit with their individual recruitment need; making sure that they receive an efficient, cost effective and professional service at all times. Heidi plays a central role within the business that focuses on promoting the Absolute Recruitment service to companies in the area, ensuring that they are made available to as wide an audience as possible, and further strengthening Absolute’s position and reputation within the market place.

Claire Murkin – Temporaries Consultant

Claire’s key area of responsibility is for the temporary division of the business where she focuses on supporting customers with all short and long term vacancy needs. Claire’s supply covers all disciplines within the Office and Industrial market and includes secretarial, administration, customer services, finance and reception, as well as unskilled, warehouse and manufacturing and driving cover. Throughout her career, Claire has worked in a Human Resources discipline for both the private and public sector and has had direct experience of using the services of an agency from a customer’s perspective. This valuable insight into working with agencies as a customer means that Claire offers all of our customers a first hand appreciation of how important it is to work with a staffing partner who constantly strives to provide the highest level of service and to get the best possible match for their vacancy.

Donna Francis – Recruitment to Recruitment Consultant

With full responsibility for our recruitment to recruitment division, Donna Francis supports customers and candidates alike within the recruitment industry, covering the South Wales and South West region. Donna’s recruitment career spans over 15 years and she brings a wealth of experience to Absolute within a variety of disciplines covering permanent, temporary and on-site recruitment roles. Her knowledge and experience ensures the success of this division, by understanding the needs of each client and each candidate regardless of whether it is a consultant level role, or one at branch or regional management level. Donna offers a professional service, with a genuine and ‘down to earth’ honest approach. 

Charlotte Bunn – Permanent Consultant

Charlotte’s key focus lies in the permanent division of the business, where she supports customers and candidates throughout a wide spectrum of disciplines. These include office based roles, as well as management and more specialized or technical positions. As a recent graduate in Law, Charlotte brings a real appreciation and understanding of the complexities of employment related subjects to the Absolute team, as well as a working career in sales and customer service based employment. Charlotte is committed to establishing long term business relationships, by developing a thorough understanding of each candidate that she interviews, as well as a real appreciation of every company that she works with so that she can achieve a level of service that constantly fulfills every expectation.

Rebecca Hill – Support Consultant

As a primary objective of the business, we constantly strive to ensure that all of our temporaries receive an accurate, clear and efficient payroll function and that each and every one of our customers receives an efficient, speedy and exact invoicing facility. Rebecca takes on the day to day responsibility for completing our entire payroll and accounting functions, and given her extensive experience within the recruitment industry, she has a total appreciation of how important it is to achieve the highest standards in this critical area of our service delivery. In addition to these responsibilities, Rebecca works hand in hand with the rest of the Absolute team to ensure that everyone who uses our services receives a positive experience from us every time.
